10 minute gratitude guided meditation
Gratitude can change everything. Take a few minutes today to recognize both the big and small things we have to be grateful for. In this meditation, you can begin laying down or seated. If you choose to sit, ground your feet into the earth, elongate your spine and bring your shoulders down and back, away from your ears. If you choose to lay down, find a comfortable posture and feel free to place a pillow underneath your knees and/or your low back.
Once you are in a comfortable posture, begin to settle in, noticing your body and your breath. Slowly, repeat the gratitude mantras throughout this video. Acknowledge the gratitude for your body, your creature comforts, the people in your life, and yourself. This meditation can be listened to at any point in the day, as it is intended to relax and recenter.
